When a person passes away it is necessary in most cases to probate their
estate.  The procedure in Louisiana is called a "Succession."
Our firm has extensive experience in probating estates and insuring that the
deceased person's wishes are carried out as expressed in their Last Will and
Testament.  In the event that a Last Will and Testament was not created, then
we provide for the distribution of the estate to the rightful heirs of the deceased.
All such matters are handled as expeditiously as possible and in a compassionate
manner as we realize the emotional strain which a deceased's family is going
through.
We also prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Living Wills, Power-of-Attorney,
Trusts and other estate planning matters.
