James L. Brazee, Jr. offers services in the mediation of business disputes of
all kind, personal injury cases,
trust, estate and probate matters, property
disputes and other types of cases in litigation.
Mediation services are offered on a nationwide bases and also internationally.
Jim's experience includes successfully mediating issues between American
Veterans of the Vietnamese War and
Vietnamese Veterans while undertaking
the Veteran's Initiative to help account for the missing from both sides of the
Vietnamese War.
In addition to mediating issues concerning POW/MIA's, Jim
also brought together scientific experts from Vietnam and the United States
to
cooperate in the study of the adverse effects of the case of Agent Orange and
other chemicals during war.
